How this platform works

We have done our best to reduce and simplify the rules of our platform. That's why we've set out the most important points for you below, which can also be read in full detail in the Terms of Use that follow.

What do we do?

Persint provides specialized services to transform sales operations, supported by artificial intelligence technology tailored to each project. This includes diagnosing the sales operation; analyzing processes, conversations, data, tools and bottlenecks; defining priority problems and success metrics; designing the solution; integrating data and channels; configuring artificial intelligence agents and automated workflows; deployment; guiding the client's team; tracking results; and continuously evolving the deployed solution.

How does Persint's service work?

Persint is a digital environment through which we provide specialized services, combining human consulting and proprietary technology.

The technology tool centralizes and organizes conversations, leads (sales contacts), business opportunities and performance metrics, supporting supervisors and salespeople in their activities - but it does not replace human decision-making, nor necessarily the CRM (customer relationship management system) your company already uses.

Access is organized by user profiles (administrators, supervisors/managers and salespeople/operators), each with specific permissions according to the scope of the contracted project.

Is our service paid?

Yes, Persint's services are paid. Fees are set in the commercial proposal and in the specific contract for each project, and may combine specialized services, deployment, ongoing support and use of the technology. Payments are currently made by bank transfer, upon issuance of an invoice (Nota Fiscal) by Persint.

Can these terms change?

Our Terms of Use may change, but you can always access the most up-to-date version on our platform. In addition, if we are going to take any action for which the law requires your authorization, you will receive notice in advance so you can accept or refuse.

What happens to personal data?

We have a Privacy Notice that covers what we do with your personal data. It is very important that you read and understand that document as well!

Terms of Use

This platform, named Persint, is owned and maintained by PERSINT TECNOLOGIA LTDA., a private legal entity registered under CNPJ/ME no. 68.674.262/0001-75, headquartered at Avenida Brigadeiro Luís Antônio, nº 5083, Jardim Paulista, São Paulo/SP, CEP 01402-002, Brazil.

This document provides information on how Users may use the platform and its tools, conditions, terminology, rights and duties. Please read the entire text carefully and, if you do not agree with the content of our terms and/or privacy notice, do not continue browsing or using our services.

1.1. This version of this document was made available on: September 29, 2026.

2. Explanation of technical or foreign-language terms

2.1. The meanings of technical terms and English-language terms are set out below.

  • AI Agent / Workflow: a custom-built automated configuration that performs specific steps of customer service, triage or support for the client's sales operation.
  • API (Application Programming Interface): a programming interface that allows technical integration between the Platform and third-party systems (such as messaging channels, CRMs and data tools).
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management): a customer relationship management system that the contracting company may already use, which the Platform can integrate with without replacing it.
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI): a set of technologies that enable automated processing of conversations, data and information to support business decisions and tasks, without replacing human decision-making.
  • Lead: a potential sales contact, generated or recorded in the sales processes supported by the Platform.
  • Login: the process that allows access to a computer system, controlled by identifying and authenticating the User through the credentials provided by that same user.
  • Online: an English term whose literal meaning is "on the line". It is commonly used to indicate that a given user of the internet or another computer network is connected to the network.
  • User(s): the natural or legal person(s) who register on the platform and use our services.
  • Virus: malicious software that infects systems and computers in order to cause some kind of damage, makes copies of itself and tries to spread to other computers by various means.

2.2. The platform's types of Users are:

  • Administrator User or Company Representative: a User profile with powers to manage the account, other Users, permissions, integrations, settings and billing.
  • Supervisor User: a User profile with an operational view, following authorized conversations, leads, opportunities and metrics.
  • Salesperson User: a User profile with access to the conversations and opportunities assigned to them, supported by AI in carrying out authorized sales activities.

These Users are collectively referred to simply as Users.

3. Services

3.1. What we are: Persint is a digital environment for providing specialized services to transform sales operations, supported by systems technology and custom-built Artificial Intelligence (AI), including but not limited to: diagnosing the sales operation; analyzing processes, conversations, data, tools and bottlenecks; defining priority problems and success metrics; designing the solution; integrating data and communication channels; configuring AI agents and workflows; deploying the solution; guiding the client's team; continuously tracking results; and evolving the solution over time.

3.2. By using Persint's services, the User must understand and accept that all of their actions and choices are free and are not subject to any influence or interference by Persint.

3.3. It is clarified that this service does not establish any employment, corporate or associative relationship between the parties, with each party remaining solely responsible for all of its respective expenses and charges, whether labor, social security, tax, insurance, civil, criminal or of any other nature or kind.

3.4. Persint may, at its discretion, update, improve or discontinue platform features, provided that it maintains the essential conditions of the contracted service, notifying Users in advance of significant changes.

3.5. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and quality of the data processed in their account, as well as for compliance with the rules applicable to their business activities.

3.6. The Administrator User is solely responsible for defining, managing and keeping up to date the registration of Salesperson Users and the definition of their respective permissions and access levels.

3.6.1. The Administrator User shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from incorrect or outdated management of Salesperson User registrations.

3.7. Data processing is supported by OpenAI models. Since these Terms apply exclusively to Persint's solution, it is essential that all Users read OpenAI's Terms of Use and Privacy Notice before using the Platform.

3.7.1. The information used by Persint is exclusively that which is voluntarily provided or made available by the User who enters it directly into the Platform. This data is shared exclusively with OpenAI to generate the outputs needed to deliver the contracted services.

4. User registration

4.1. The following information will be required to register for and use Persint's services:

4.1.1. To register the Contracting Company: corporate name, trade name, phone, email, billing address, full name and CPF number of the legal representative, and information about the sales operation needed to carry out the project, such as service channels, tools used, sales team structure and sales processes.

4.1.2. To register the Administrator User and the Salesperson User: full name, phone numbers, email, position or role, access profile and credential record (login and account token).

4.2. Each Contracting Company will have an exclusive corporate account, linked to its designated Administrator User.

4.2.1. Persint does not interfere in the internal management of the profiles, permissions and access defined by the company; it is up to the Administrator User to ensure that access is up to date, compatible with the functions performed and duly revoked when necessary.

4.2.2. The Administrator User is fully responsible for managing and overseeing the access of named third parties, releasing Persint from any liability for misuse or for unlawful or fraudulent activities carried out by these Users.

4.3. During the contracting, billing and account maintenance stages, information strictly necessary to perform the contract may be collected, such as: plan contracted, billing cycle and payment history; invoices issued; and bank transfer receipts.

4.3.1. Financial data is transmitted securely and used only for billing, issuing invoices, managing payments and complying with legal obligations.

4.4. Each User will set their own login and password, and is solely responsible for keeping this information confidential. Persint is not responsible for actions and damages that may be caused by third parties' unauthorized access to the account.

4.5. Registration on the platform is only permitted for persons over 18 (eighteen) years of age or emancipated Users, as provided by applicable law. By accepting these Terms, the User declares that they have full legal capacity to perform all acts of civil life.

4.5.1. The Administrator User is solely responsible for registering Salesperson Users on the platform and must ensure that everyone registered is over 18 (eighteen) years of age and has full legal capacity. Registering minors is expressly prohibited, and the Administrator User shall assume full responsibility for any acts, omissions, irregularities or losses arising from or related to such improper registration, including any caused to the minor, to the platform or to third parties.

4.6. Users are responsible for providing true, accurate and up-to-date information.

4.7. Persint may terminate the contract with the User, suspend their services, or refuse or cancel a User's account without prior notice whenever it suspects that the information provided is false, incomplete, outdated or inaccurate, or in cases of non-payment, and in the cases indicated in applicable laws and regulations, in these Terms of Use, in the Privacy Notice or in any Policy.

4.8. By using the Artificial Intelligence tools provided by Persint, the User acknowledges, understands and agrees that:

4.8.1. All of their actions and decisions are made freely and autonomously, without any influence, direction or interference from Persint.

4.8.2. Persint is not intended to be, and must not be used as, a substitute for or the sole source of the User's guidance, advice or decision-making.

4.8.3. They are fully responsible for the information they provide to Persint and understand that the answers and guidance generated are processed based on the information made available by the User and on the sources used by the Artificial Intelligence solutions employed to train Persint.

4.8.4. The answers and guidance provided by Persint's tools are generated automatically by Artificial Intelligence algorithms and may vary according to the context of the interaction and the technical limitations of interpretation and understanding; they are therefore not entirely accurate or free of errors.

4.8.5. Persint cannot be held liable for any interpretation, decision or action taken by the User based on interactions carried out on the Platform.

4.8.6. Persint is responsible for developing and configuring the Platform and therefore acts solely as the integrator of the solution, with no technical or operational control over the processing, storage, security or any sharing of data carried out by OpenAI. Accordingly, Persint is not liable for damages, losses or consequences arising from such operations, which are outside its sphere of control.

5. Payment for use of the platform

5.1. Fees for the services provided by Persint will be set in the commercial proposal and/or the specific contract for each project, and may combine amounts for specialized services, deployment, ongoing support and use of the technology, on a one-off, recurring or mixed basis, according to the conditions set out therein.

5.2. Payments are currently made exclusively by bank transfer, upon issuance of an invoice (Nota Fiscal) by Persint, in the amounts and within the deadlines set in the commercial proposal and/or contract. If other payment methods become available, these Terms will be updated.

6. Refunds and cancellation by the user

6.1. Cancellation requests must be made through the contact channels indicated in Clause 15 of these Terms, preferably by email to contato@persint.ai.

6.2. As Persint is a provider of specialized services contracted through a commercial proposal and a specific contract signed with the Contracting Company, the conditions for cancellation, any penalty, minimum term, prior notice and refund of amounts relating to deployment already carried out will follow what was agreed in the respective proposal or contract.

7. Responsibilities of the parties

7.1. Persint's responsibilities:

7.1.1. To provide the services covered by these Terms of Use according to the contracted features, making reasonable technical and administrative efforts to ensure the availability, stability and security of the platform;

7.1.2. To fix any failures or interruptions identified on the platform within reasonable timeframes, subject to the technical and operational limitations inherent to software-based services;

7.1.3. To inform Users of relevant changes to services, policies, plans or features, through notices within the platform itself, by email or through other official communication channels;

7.1.4. To adopt information security and personal data protection measures compatible with the risks associated with the processing and in line with its Security Policy and Privacy Notice, in compliance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

7.2. Users' responsibilities:

7.2.1. To use the platform according to the usage criteria defined by Persint, without altering its programming, breaking passwords or carrying out procedures that may cause harm to Persint and other Users;

7.2.2. To be responsible for all purposes, including legal ones, for the content of the information they enter and for the commitments they make on the platform;

7.2.3. To fully comply with these Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice, applicable law (especially the LGPD and the Internet Civil Framework) and any contracts signed between the parties;

7.2.4. To comply with the law applicable to their business and customer service activities, including, as the case may be, the Consumer Protection Code, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other rules related to commercial communications with data subjects;

7.2.5. To be fully responsible for the commercial relationship established with their customers and leads, including deadlines, deliveries, quality of products or services and customer service, acknowledging that Persint does not act as a party, representative, intermediary or guarantor of these transactions;

7.2.6. To be fully responsible for configuring technical integrations, mapping fields and data, creating, editing and deleting Salesperson Users, and defining their respective permissions and access levels.

7.2.7. It is solely up to the User to assess the coherence, suitability and applicability of any AI-generated content for their business or management purposes. Persint acts only as a facilitator by making such content available as an option and assumes no responsibility for decisions, acts or results arising from the use of that content. Responsibility for the use of, and decisions made based on, AI-generated content lies entirely with the User, on the same terms and within the same limits set out in these Terms for content generated or used by the User themselves.

8. Persint's disclaimer of liability

8.1. Persint is not responsible for:

8.1.1. Any unavailability of the platform that it did not cause.

8.1.2. The conduct of Users and their failure to meet their obligations.

8.1.3. The entry of false, incomplete and/or outdated information by Users.

8.1.4. Damage the User may suffer due to actions solely by third parties, as well as network connection failures and malicious interactions such as viruses.

8.1.5. Damage the User may suffer as a result of misuse of the platform in breach of these Terms, the Privacy Notice, the law or court orders.

8.1.6. Acts of God or force majeure, as defined by Brazilian civil law, including natural events, widespread failures of third-party systems, strikes, government acts, cyber warfare or other unforeseeable and unavoidable situations.

8.1.7. Unlawful conduct carried out by Users while using the platform (e.g. fraud).

8.1.8. Commercial interactions, business decisions or communications carried out by Users inside or outside the platform environment.

8.1.9. Damage and/or losses suffered by Users as a result of cyberattacks, viruses, malware, malicious interactions or any actions by third parties beyond Persint's reasonable technical control.

8.1.10. Unlawful acts, fraud, misleading communications, abusive or anti-competitive practices carried out by Users while using the platform, with Users being fully responsible for the conduct and messages they send to their contacts and customers.

8.2. The answers and guidance from Persint's AI tools may not be entirely accurate or suited to the User's situation, as they depend on Artificial Intelligence algorithms that may have technical or interpretation limitations.

8.2.1. Accordingly, by interacting with the Platform, the User acknowledges and agrees to hold Persint harmless from any physical and/or moral damage and/or loss arising from an interpretation, decision or action taken by the User based solely on the answers provided by the Artificial Intelligence.

8.2.2. Persint is for informational purposes only, and the User is fully responsible for analyzing, validating and applying the data generated. We emphasize that Persint's AI, although sophisticated, may produce inaccurate answers, hallucinations, improper conclusions and irregular recommendations. The User must therefore check them and understand that the AI is meant to make tasks easier, but decisions remain the User's own.

9. Rules of conduct and prohibitions

9.1. Users may not:

9.1.1. Harm the rights of Persint, the platform's operators, other Users or third parties, or act by any means or in any way that may contribute to such a violation;

9.1.2. Carry out acts that limit or prevent the use of the platform or unlawfully access Persint;

9.1.3. Use the platform for unlawful purposes, to spread abusive, discriminatory, offensive or misleading messages, spam, phishing, chain letters, or unsolicited political or advertising campaigns, or to publish content that infringes the rights of third parties, legal rules, court decisions or public policies;

9.1.4. Enter false, outdated, incomplete or illegitimately sourced data, including personal information of third parties without an adequate legal basis under Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD);

9.1.5. Hold Persint responsible for the conduct of Users registered on the platform or of third parties, for business decisions made based on data processed on the platform, or for any acts carried out outside its technical environment;

9.1.6. Improperly access, alter, copy, modify or interfere with the platform's infrastructure, code, APIs, databases, routines or integrations, including through reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, command injection or exploitation of vulnerabilities;

9.1.7. Transfer, sublicense, resell, assign or share access to the platform, in whole or in part, without Persint's express authorization.

9.2. Persint may, at its sole discretion, block, restrict, disable or prevent any User's access to the platform if it identifies:

  • signs of improper, fraudulent or unlawful use, or use in breach of these Terms;
  • violation of third-party rights or of information security rules;
  • risk of harm to the image, integrity or operation of Persint, its partners or the database itself.

9.2.1. In serious or repeated cases, Persint may terminate the service agreement immediately and permanently, without any right to refund, indemnity or compensation, regardless of prior notice.

9.3. The User may report unlawful conduct by Salesperson Users, or the sale of unlawful and prohibited products, through the contact channels described in clause 15 of these Terms. Persint reserves the right to assess, investigate and take appropriate measures, including blocking or deleting accounts involved in violations.

10. Intellectual property

10.1. Ownership of and rights to the platform belong exclusively to PERSINT TECNOLOGIA LTDA. Access to the platform and its regular use by the User do not grant them any right or prerogative over intellectual property or other content included in it.

10.2. All content on the platform, including name, brand, domain, software, databases, files, texts, drawings, photos, layouts, headers and other elements, was created, developed or assigned to PERSINT TECNOLOGIA LTDA. and is therefore the exclusive property of, or licensed to, PERSINT TECNOLOGIA LTDA., and is protected by Brazilian law and international treaties on intellectual property rights.

10.3. The following are prohibited: exploitation, assignment, imitation, copying, plagiarism, reverse engineering, attempted intrusion (hacking), storage, alteration, modification of features, expansion, sale, rental, donation, disposal, transfer or reproduction, in whole or in part, of any content of the PERSINT TECNOLOGIA LTDA. platform.

10.4. Anyone who violates the prohibitions contained in intellectual property law and in these Terms will be held civilly and criminally liable for the infringements committed, and may also be penalized on the platform.

11. Processing of personal data, privacy and security

11.1. Persint has a specific policy governing the collection, storage and processing of personal data, as well as its security: the Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice is an inseparable part of these Terms, and platform usage data will be stored in accordance with the legislation in force.

12. Consequences of accessing the platform

12.1. Despite Persint's best efforts to provide the best technologies to maintain online connection and synchronization and secure access for Users, technical difficulties, internet applications or transmission problems may result in inaccurate or incomplete copies of the information contained on the platform. In addition, computer viruses or other harmful programs may also be inadvertently downloaded from the platform.

12.1.1. Persint recommends installing antivirus software or other appropriate protection.

12.2. Persint reserves the right to unilaterally modify the platform, as well as its configuration, presentation, design, content, features, tools or any other element, including its discontinuation.

12.3. Our platform may contain links to third-party websites/platforms. When following a link, the User should check the privacy notices of those websites/platforms, as we accept no responsibility or liability for those policies. Please check these policies before sharing any personal data with these sites.

13. Changes to the terms and conditions of use

13.1. Persint may unilaterally add and/or modify any clause contained in these Terms of Use. The updated version will apply to use of the platform from its publication. Continued access to or use of the platform after publication will confirm Users' acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

13.2. If the change requires the User's consent, they will be given the option to freely, unequivocally and knowingly accept or refuse the new text.

13.3. If the User does not agree with the change, they may withhold consent for specific acts or may fully terminate their relationship with Persint. However, such termination will not release the User from fulfilling all obligations assumed under previous versions of the Terms of Use.

14. Governing law and choice of jurisdiction

14.1. The platform is controlled and administered in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, and may be accessed from any device connected to the Internet, regardless of its geographic location.

14.1.1. People who access or use Persint from other countries do so on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with regional/national laws.

14.2. The User agrees that the law applicable for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Notice shall be that in force in the Federative Republic of Brazil.

14.3. Persint and the User agree that the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, shall have sole jurisdiction to settle any question or dispute arising from or resulting from the use of the platform, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be or become.
